Wyatt KernerCould not say enough good things about Chris Migallo AKA "Migs" Buying a home is stressful enough, but buying AND selling a home is a whole new level of stress, Chris made sure the process went as smooth and stress-free as it could. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible service. From helping with heavy lifting and disassembly with stuff out in the garage to assisting with organizing items in the house for photos to ensure you get the best possible sale price of your home. Not to mention he also had our house sold within a few hours after listing which was absolutely insane. When it comes time to purchase a new home he knows more then the average person about home's and will really keep his eyes out for red flags in your new purchase so you don't end up buying a house that is going to cost you a lot of money in the future. By the time we ended up having the house inspected he already gave us a good idea of what to expect on the inspection along with future recommendations to protect our investment. Along with that the inspector he recommended we use was extremely thorough, far more thorough then inspectors i have used in the past to insure we are getting into a good house. Communication between myself and Chris was by far out of this world, it felt more like talking to a friend then using a relator which really and i mean really helped keep the process and stress-free as possible. I would swear the man never sleeps, you could shoot him a message any time of day or night and almost have a response within minutes if not seconds and if he wont be available for a period of time he will make sure he gives you ample notice so your not blowing up your phone worrying about what's going on. He is extremely thorough and listens to what YOU want which is another strong suit of his so you never feel pressured into buying something you don't want. He gives you detailed information on what's going on, what the next move should be and how to move forward from there. I cant say enough good things about Chris and would recommend him to anyone buying there first home, selling there house or both processes at the same time. Yep, that long thanks to a brutal housing market in Ontario. But Chris never quit. He stuck with us through all the ups and downs, keeping us positive, realistic, and always moving forward. Meanwhile, he was already scouting homes for us in Alberta, knowing it might take time. He looked North, South, and West trying to find the perfect house that would fit the family needs Did he complain? 100% he did... just never to us! That’s what makes him great.
